As the Advancement Operations Intern, you’ll play a vital role in advancing Wycliffe’s mission by supporting the day‑to‑day operations of Wycliffe's Advancement department. You’ll make an impact when you … Shadow team members across each area of operations to learn how data, reporting, donor services, and administrative systems support successful fundraising efforts. Assist with database management and reporting projects, including pulling lists, reviewing data for accuracy, and learning how operational insights guide fundraising strategy. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, and external partners through verbal and written channels. Support departmental problem‑solving and process improvement efforts by contributing to team discussions, identifying small inefficiencies, and helping test new procedures. Demonstrate initiative by taking on tasks with a strong work ethic and adapting to changing priorities as needed. Maintain organized workflows by managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Physical Demands: Ability to spend significant amounts of time using a computer, video conferencing software and/or phone. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s program in business, administration, nonprofit management, ministry or a related field. You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work‑related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification). Compensation: The pay range for this position is $20.00 hourly.
