Dispensing Systems Technician

Install, upgrade, and maintain dispensing equipment at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems. Troubleshoot pumps, motors, pneumatic valves, flow meters, and level sensors. Assist with system commissioning, demonstrations, and quality control activities. Maintain accurate service records and follow QA/QC standards. Provide professional technical support to customers and internal teams. What We’re Looking For: 2-year technical degree or 4+ years of hands‑on industrial/manufacturing experience Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Experience with PLC and HMI programming Knowledge of pumps, pneumatic systems, liquid metering, and industrial controls Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical documentation Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Physical & Travel Requirements: Up to 60% travel; occasional weekend work as needed Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted ACM is a non-smoker/non-vaper environment This role is ideal for a technically skilled field professional who enjoys hands‑on equipment work and solving real-world industrial challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr ACM Chemistries, Inc.
