Campus Receptionist, First Floor Office (26-27)

Job Title
Under close supervision provide reception and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the campus office. Coordinate and oversee placement of substitute teachers on campus.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual preferred
Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing
Proficient in keyboarding, 10-key numerical data entry, and file maintenance
Ability to meet established deadlines
Skyward and Frontline software knowledge preferred
AIS 2 Salary based on experience
