Sr. Master Scheduler

About the Role We are seeking a Sr. Master Scheduler to lead end-to-end production planning for assigned products, from demand planning through customer shipment. This role plays a critical part in balancing customer service, inventory, capacity, and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement across supply chain planning processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand and service level targets. Lead capacity and inventory planning to optimize operational performance. Own and improve MRP/MPS planning systems, master data, and scheduling processes. Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to drive execution and resolve supply challenges. Provide data-driven analysis and scenario planning to support S&OP and business decisions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and process excellence. Mentor and support schedulers while serving as a subject matter expert for planning systems and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of supply chain, planning, scheduling, or operations experience. Strong knowledge of MRP/MPS systems (SAP preferred). APICS certification preferred. Proven analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate across functions and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
