As a therapist-owned and operated facility, we give all our clinicians the unique personal attention, mentoring, and career support they need to best serve our patients.Requirements:Associates of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or universityCurrent state of Texas licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant6 months full-time clinical experiencePediatrics experienceHome Health experience preferredMust carry valid auto insurance and driver's license.Responsibilities Include:Provides skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician ordersProvides skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in the patients home or daytime facilitySchedules supervision visit(s) with his/her supervising OT according to Texas board guidelinesCollaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patientPlans for care to meet goals of the occupational therapy interventionsUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.Enhances occupational therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsBenefits:Full-Time BenefitsComprehensive medical/vision/dentalCEU ReimbursementProfessional License Renewal ReimbursementMaterial ReimbursementPTO (Paid Time Off)Voluntary BenefitsBonus OpportunitiesTablet/Phone401K Employer MatchPart-time Benefits:Material ReimbursementCEU ReimbursementBonus OpportunitiesTablet/Phone401k Employer Match
