Employment Type: Travel / Contract
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing facility. The LPN will provide quality nursing care, support residents' daily medical needs, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in the LTC facility
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the RN/physician
Assist with daily patient care and support activities of daily living
Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
Follow facility policies and patient safety standards
Shift Details
Shift: Variable - Days
Shift Length: 12 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Requirements
Active LPN License (PA or Compact)
Experience in Long Term Care / Nursing Home preferred
BLS Certification required
Strong patient care and communication skills
