Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join our travel Physical Therapist team in Elkton, MD where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient experience preferred. New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered. Productivity expectation: ability to manage approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred. Ability to float to other clinics as needed. Understanding of and ability to comply with clinic approval process for overtime hours; OT must be approved by director before OT hours are worked. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours. Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typical daily patient load 12–14 including double-booked follow-up visits. Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other clinics. Candidate Acceptance: New graduates and first-time travelers accepted.
