Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification. Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern practice management software (experience with Open Dental is a major plus). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, clear and honest communication style, and a gentle, compassionate approach to patient care. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Chairside Excellence: Provide high-quality four-handed chairside assistance to our dentists during general and cosmetic procedures. Patient Comfort: Deliver a gentle, judgment-free patient experience, ensuring our Gresham community members feel completely safe and welcomed. Clinical Flow: Efficiently prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and treatment rooms according to strict infection control protocols.
