This role is well suited to someone who enjoys assisting visitors, keeping daily activities organized, and helping people feel comfortable and informed. Training and team support will be provided to help the successful candidate thrive. Responsibilities Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact. Assist guests with general questions and provide relevant information. Direct visitors to the appropriate team members or designated areas. Help maintain an organized and inviting reception area. Support daily administrative and front desk activities as needed. Communicate visitor requests and relevant updates to the appropriate staff. Follow company procedures while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently. Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work well with visitors and colleagues from different backgrounds. Previous front desk or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
