In this role you will take ownership of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction and design coordination through procurement, installation, commissioning and closeout. The Role: Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish Take responsibility for project budgets, schedules, labor and material performance Coordinate with General Contractors, owners, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams Review designs, specifications, submittals and equipment requirements Coordinate procurement, material take-offs and project delivery Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting and project closeout Maintain strong relationships with existing customers The Person: Project Management experience within construction Must have some exposure to HVAC systems and understand the HVAC construction / commissioning process Experience working with General Contractors, owners and subcontractors Strong commercial and technical understanding Well organized, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of projects Looking for a long-term career with a stable and growing organization What’s on Offer: Annual Incentive Program Company Vehicle & Gas Card Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) Employer Match Life Insurance and Short/Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Tuition Assistance Dedicated estimating, purchasing, safety, accounting and operational support All applications will be handled in strict confidence.
