If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Strategy Transaction group in our Deal Advisory and Strategy practice.Responsibilities:Provide full scope of broad based rewards and executive-based compensation consulting services, including assessment, design, governance, technology, and implementation services working with publicly traded and privately held companies in performance transformations and transactionsAdvise on the compensation related elements of domestic and global HR Mergers & Acquisitions transactions with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investorsLead IPO compensation planning initiatives, including executive compensation and equity plan design, cash incentive plan redesign, and program communicationsDirect and manage the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation, and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMGs engagement teams, and direct communication of results with clientsOversee and drive development of staff, including being mentor and coach to junior team members as well as direct business development initiativesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum eight years of recent consulting experience in the design and implementation of compensation and benefit plans with a top accounting or benefits consulting firm, with experience in an HR M&A due diligence and integration environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited university/college is required; FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP and/or CEP designations preferredExtensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, or partners towards the successful completion of a projectHighly motivated, self-starter, team player, with positive attitude and strong quantitative, communication and relationship-building skillsWillingness and ability to travelApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
