Interventional Radiologist, job at vTech Solution The RN position requires providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to patients facing age-related frailty and serious illness. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, develop treatment plans, and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. A minimum of two years of experience is required. Location Tarzana, California, United States Responsibilities Patient assessments and monitoring. Medication administration and documentation. Treatment planning and implementation. Collaboration with physicians, other nurses, and allied health professionals. Providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care. Maintaining accurate patient records. Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings. Adhering to all relevant regulations and standards of care. Required Skills & Certifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum two years of experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care. Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills. Interdisciplinary team collaboration skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work. Preferred Skills & Certifications Experience in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room settings. Special Considerations On-call duties are expected 1-2 days per week and rotating weekends. This is an acute care hospital setting.
