Territory Manager - Urology (WA/OR)

Your Business We pioneered the field of ultrasound bladder volume measurement in 1984, and over the years we have offered solutions that minimize hospital acquired infections and optimize efficiency for users everywhere. Since then, we evolved the market to be the first to introduce an artificial intelligence technology, ImageSense®, leveraging real-world data to consistently detect and define bladder location, size and shape. Building on our legacy as a trusted leader in endoscopic visualization, the new CFlex™ is our single-use flexible cystoscope designed to deliver streamlined efficiency from setup to use. By providing a new scope for every case, CFlex™ eliminates cleaning, sterilization, and repair needs — helping to reduce turnaround delays and cross-contamination risks so teams can stay focused on patient care. How will you add Value? Business Management: As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan® product line. You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis Be a Trusted Partner: You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts. Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Understand your market: You will learn new industry and market information that allow you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy. You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership Who are we looking for? Strategic & Structured Selling: You understand funnel and pipeline management and strategically manage your sales pipeline in order to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. You continually move the customer through the sales process and effectively negotiate with the customer based on a strong understanding of their constraints and priorities. Passion for improving patient lives: You are passionate about medical technology in order to improve and save patient lives. You draw on your clinical acumen to build rapport and influence decision making and strategy. The Basic Requirements 2+ years B2B outside sales experience Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine) Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds Must reside within territory, Seattle area preferred Required overnight travel is 6-8 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes WA and OR. Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting (Global Sales Meeting), regional meetings and in-person training as needed. The Benefits of Working with Us Additional Commission Potential. $70k-$90k (The variable incentive (commission) for this position is estimated to be within this range. Actual commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions with be pro-rated based on start date and quota.)
