Customer Service Specialist Lingraphica

This role supports prospects and existing customers of a company that provides speech-generating devices for people with communication impairments. The specialist handles non-product inquiries, resolves Tier 1 issues like basic troubleshooting for apps, accounts, and devices, and communicates across calls, email, and chat while tracking trends through CRM data. Candidates need at least two years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, empathy when working with people who have speech or language challenges, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, VOIP, and Zoom. A bachelor's degree and HubSpot or CRM experience are preferred, as is Spanish fluency. Must reside in the USA. This is a remote position performed from a home office with a reliable internet connection, requiring travel within the U.S. up to twice a year for in-person team meetings.
