Regional CDL A Driver

About the Position The Regional Driver CDL A operates tractor/trailer or straight truck equipment in accordance with all DOT regulations to transport product safely and legally from the Distribution Centers and their vendors to their final destination. This position may include White Glove service that goes beyond standard shipping methods. Responsibilities Operate tractor/trailer or straight truck equipment in accordance with all DOT regulations to transport product safely and legally from the Distribution Centers to the Vendor’s destination. Operate the tractor/trailer to ensure timely delivery of products. Utilize secure devices and straps, monitor freight to ensure products are delivered undamaged. Follow company policy, participate in trainings and keep truck clean. Maintain driver’s daily logs, trip reports and other required documents. Perform full pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on tractor‑trailer. Immediately report all instances of damaged product to the Transportation Supervisor/Manager. Provide White Glove service at every delivery. Communicate any delivery issues up line to the Transportation Supervisor/Manager. Keep equipment fueled, tidy, and in compliance with inspection requirements. Accountable for all assigned tools and equipment. Maintain professional conduct and attitude toward other motorists. Conform to all DOT and OSHA regulations and state laws. Perform any other reasonable request as directed by management. Qualifications Minimum 2 years tractor‑trailer Class A driving experience. Class A CDL required. Meets FMCSA and company requirements. Passes background and drug screening. Clean driving record. Travel Requirements This position is expected to travel approximately 75% or greater. A passport is not required, but recommended.
