Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a consumer brands company based in Philadelphia, is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid, organic, and email marketing efforts across a portfolio of retail and e-commerce brands. This role owns campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance reporting, working closely with creative, sales, and analytics teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing digital ad spend, running A/B tests, and translating campaign data into actionable recommendations. This is an on-site role based out of the company's Center City Philadelphia office, with regular collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid search, social, and email channels
• Manage monthly ad spend budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Oversee content calendar and coordinate with the creative team on asset production
• Analyze campaign performance data and present findings to senior leadership
• Manage relationships with external agencies and media vendors
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and email campaigns
• Supervise a team of two marketing coordinators
• Track and report on KPIs including conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5 or more years of digital marketing experience
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets of $500,000 or more annually
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
