Department: Existing BuildingLerch Bates is seeking a Senior Envelope Rehabilitation Consultant to lead complex structural evaluation, rehabilitation, and repair projects for existing buildings. This role serves as a technical authority responsible for assessing structural deficiencies, developing repair and rehabilitation strategies, and overseeing the execution of structural restoration projects from concept through completion.In this role, you will act as an Engineer of Record, providing final technical decisions and signing/sealing structural repair documents and reports.
