Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $30.55

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise sterile processing activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Manage inventory levels of OR supplies, equipment, and instrumentation
Oversee maintenance and proper handling of OR equipment and supplies
Train and develop staff, promoting a positive team environment
Ensure accurate inventory transactions and cost-efficient supply utilization
Collaborate with hospital departments to support preoperative processes
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards

What You Need:

High school diploma or equivalent; preferred graduation from surgical technology program or higher education in surgical tech
3+ years of leadership in sterile processing; hospital experience preferred
Certifications such as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST preferred
Strong computer skills and communication abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, and travel as needed
Capable of heavy physical activity; able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
