Job Title Production Supervisor
Manpower is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a leading Rubber manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for overseeing production activities, leading hourly associates, and driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background and proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.

What will you be doing?
- Supervise and support a team of 20+ hourly production employees.
- Assign work, schedule labor, monitor productivity, and ensure daily production goals are achieved.
- Coach, train, develop, and evaluate employees while promoting a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and company policies.
- Conduct accident investigations and support root cause analysis efforts to prevent future incidents.
What do you bring?
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in rubber, plastics, automotive, metal, or related manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.
- Experience in a union environment is a plus.
