ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Field Service Technician in a remote/on-the-road position in our East Coast US territory.The Field Service Technician provides technical expertise as part of the ANA Support Team for the repair and training to our line of generators, air compressors, and associated equipment. An ANA Field Service Technician should be creative with solutions that make sense for the betterment of the company and its customers. The Field Service Technician aids in the development and education of our core customers. With regular customer visits and building open and honest relationships, adding additional support to our quality line of equipment and commitment to customers. Further, the Field Service Technician collaborates with our engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements, new product development, as well as after purchase additions to the equipment.The position is a remote/on the road position, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.You must be based in the United States and live in ANA's Northwest Region: CT, DE, GA, MA, MD, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV, FL, IN, KY, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
