Business ConsultantLocation: Portland OR - 97232 Duration: 26+ months with possible extensionJob DescriptionTop Daily Responsibilities:Lead and Manage the Post-Go-Live (PGL) Team: Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to the Post-Go-Live team to ensure successful adoption, stabilization, and optimization of workflows and systems.Issue Tracking, Resolution, and End-User Support: Monitor, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of operational and system-related issues. Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting, escalating concerns as appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.Status Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver regular status updates to project teams, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, issues, and key accomplishments in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have:Effective Communication: The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, from frontline end users to executive leadership.
