What You’ll Do
As a Leader in Training, you’ll work closely with a mentor to guide you every step of the way as you grow into a successful leader. Your key responsibilities will include:

Set Goals and Elevate Performance: Help team members set sales targets, track progress, and provide valuable feedback to boost their success.
