Phlebotomist – 1101 Madison St., Seattle, WA 98104 Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. This role involves performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques, specimen preparation, data entry, billing, and customer service. The position requires a Washington State issued Phlebotomy license and offers a rotating weekend schedule and benefits described below. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Complete administrative and clerical duties as necessary Minimum Qualifications Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P) Preferred Qualifications At least 6 months of experience as a phlebotomist Additional Job Standards In lieu of state license, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may satisfy the license requirement Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Pay Range $21.87 to $32.28 per hour Benefits Regular, full‑time or part‑time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), accrued up to 18 days of annual leave per year (includes 8 holidays), sick leave (0.0333 hours per hour of work) capped at 64 hours per year, tuition reimbursement, and the employee stock purchase plan. Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
