About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a PRN Nurse, you will provide short-term nursing care to our residents, including administering medications. Your expertise will help our residents manage their health conditions, maintain their independence, and improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in accordance with our community's policies and procedures Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our consulting physicians Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of our residents' physical and emotional needs Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions Participate in medication administration.
