What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in inpatient behavioral health settings
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient safety, report risks, and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Assist in milieu management and patient discharge planning
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
• Support staff development and potentially lead as a charge nurse
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and respect for diversity

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• CPR/BLS certification
