Job Summary The product‑owner for GlobalLink Vasont Inspire is responsible for customer and competitive research, defining features for releases, coordinating with engineering, and creating marketing collateral. The role also functions as a sales engineer, demonstrating the product, aligning solutions with customer needs, and supporting sales efforts. Responsibilities Manage the product roadmap: create, review with stakeholders, adjust priorities, and align backlog items with roadmap projections. Create customer‑facing collateral such as white papers, product brochures, and e‑mail messages. Conduct use‑case meetings with account managers to translate feedback into product backlog items and report on enhancements and bugs. Respond to engineering questions during design meetings, devise solutions, and describe them to engineering. Prepare for development and release sprints: identify refinement items, conduct post‑Sprint retrospectives, set sprint goals, review documentation and test reports, participate in daily sprint meetings, and make go/no‑go release decisions. Support sales executives by qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery calls, guiding prospects on suitability of GlobalLink Vasont Inspire, and assisting with pricing. Demonstrate the product, including converting content to XML, providing Harmonizer analysis, helping prospects articulate criteria, conducting proofs of concept, developing detailed proposals, and generating pricing. Ensure new customers connect smoothly with assigned account managers and follow up with sales executives on opportunities. Assist executive management in training sales teams on selling GlobalLink Vasont Inspire and related content services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in component content management. Business acumen in content management and experience developing, communicating, and measuring key product indicators. Proficiency in working with executive leadership and cross‑department teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills at all organizational levels. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, especially Microsoft Office.
