Real Estate Paralegal

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a respected boutique law firm in Jacksonville that is looking to add an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to its growing team. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract through post-closing Prepare and review closing packages, loan documents, and related transactional materials Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, title companies, and other parties to facilitate successful closings Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Handle post-closing processes, including e-recording and file management Track deadlines and maintain organized transaction files throughout the closing lifecycle Qualifications Experience handling both residential and commercial real estate transactions Strong background drafting and preparing closing and loan documents Experience with SoftPro preferred; other real estate closing software will be considered Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ideal Candidate Enjoys working closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative team Brings prior law firm experience Values quality over volume and has experience with substantive real estate legal work Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude Why Consider This Opportunity?
