Kelly is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Clerical Assistant to support an office in Golden, Colorado.

Location: Golden, CO 80401, United States Employment Type: Part-time Pay: $18$20 per hour Schedule: 1015 hours per week, three days per week

Position Overview

The schedule is flexible Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The selected candidate must work a consistent, predetermined schedule each week to help ensure adequate office coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and organize incoming mail.
• Scan documents and email them to the appropriate team members.
• Operate a mail-opening machine once it becomes available.
• Review boxes of business documents.
• Scan documents that need to be retained electronically.
• Prepare documents that do not need to be scanned for secure shredding.
• Follow established procedures for document handling and organization.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling company records.

Training will be provided to help identify which documents should be scanned and which should be prepared for shredding.

Qualifications

• Previous office or clerical experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with document scanning and sending email attachments.
• Reliable transportation to the Golden, Colorado office.
• Dependability and availability to work a consistent weekly schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential documents professionally.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
