Base Salary: $48,000 - $54,300

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

What You'll Do

Provide individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient setting
Complete diagnostic and risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver crisis intervention as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
Partner with clients and families to support progress and outcomes

What We're Looking For

Required:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Active Ohio license: LSW, LPC, or MFT

Preferred:

Independent licensure ( LISW, LPCC, or IMFT )
