Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Sr. Associate, Talent Acquisition to support high-volume hiring for revenue-generating teams. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Sales Support, Customer Onboarding, and other Go-to-Market positions ranging from entry-level through Director-level talent.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with a proven track record of attracting and hiring top-performing sales professionals. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies, drive sourcing efforts, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Go-to-Market positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Create and launch engaging recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Advertise openings across job boards, social networks, and professional communities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Provide market insights and recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
• Support hiring teams in making objective and data-driven hiring decisions.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications throughout the process.

Qualifications

Required

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within sales or business development recruiting.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and recruiting tools.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse .
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Preferred

• Experience in a startup and/or fintech environment.
• Project or program management experience.
• Experience recruiting revenue-generating or customer-facing talent.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
