Excellent place to work, atmosphere is great, people are friendly, excellent benefits!Title Epic Application Analyst – Hospital Billing (HB) Location: Stamford, CT Hybrid Salary: $125,000 – $150,000We’re looking for a hands-on Epic expert who can take ownership of build, configuration, and support for the Hospital Billing module — someone who enjoys working closely with Revenue Cycle leaders to turn process pain points into streamlined, efficient solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving optimization across billing operations, leading design and implementation sessions, ensuring a smooth go-live experience, and providing ongoing support to end-users. You’ll collaborate with both technical teams and operational stakeholders to ensure the system performs seamlessly — and that users have the tools they need to succeed.What You’ll Do: Analyze workflows, gather user requirements, and design Epic HB solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy. Configure, test, and deploy Epic HB applications and upgrades. Partner closely with revenue cycle teams to enhance claim submission, payment posting, and collections processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while delivering exceptional customer service. Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between users, IT, and vendors to ensure a high level of performance and satisfaction. Provide training, documentation, and go-live support to help users get the most from the system.What We’re Looking For: Epic HB Certification (required). 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Hospital Billing in a large healthcare environment. Strong understanding of hospital billing workflows, from charge capture through collections. Proven ability to analyze, configure, and optimize Epic applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills — someone who’s equally comfortable working with IT peers and non-technical end users.
