Perched 800 feet above the valley floor, LucidWild’s SkyTerraces + WineCaves span over 15,000 square feet, offering panoramic views of Mount Hood, the North Cascades, and the Willamette Valley.

But this isn’t just another wine tasting; it’s something entirely different.

This isn’t buttoned-up, white-tablecloth hospitality; it’s an immersive, high-touch, wildly authentic adventure. We’re reimagining what wine hospitality can be with one-of-a-kind spaces for tastings, gatherings, and private events. Whether it’s a guided tasting in the SkyLounge or LivingRoom, an immersive experience in the WineCaves, or an afternoon of wine and play in the RecRoom, every space is designed to feel elevated, personal, and unmistakably LucidWild.

We’re looking for a Host who embodies the LucidWild spirit: confident, attentive, and effortlessly warm. You’ll be the first face our guests see and the last impression they carry home.

What You’ll Do
•  Welcome and guide guests through their LucidWild experience with ease and authenticity
•  Manage reservations, check-ins, and seating with grace and efficiency
•  Anticipate guest needs and collaborate with the hospitality team to create seamless service
•  Maintain a polished, professional presence that reflects our estate’s elevated design and vibe
•  Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication

What We’re Looking For
•  A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
•  Someone who is detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible when the unexpected happens
•  A calm, positive presence who makes guests feel instantly at ease
•  Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Oregon Food Handler Certified
