Manual Lathe Machinist Requirements: Born for the Shop Floor
- High school diploma or GED required; machining certification a plus.
- 5+years of related experience in the manufacturing industry
- Can read blueprints, follow specs, and measure twice before you cut once.
- Hands-on experience with machines and hand tools (lathes, grinders, etc.)
- Team player who shows up, stays focused, and works smart.
- Strong back, steady pace, and commitment to safety.
- Read the print. Run the cut. Hold the line.
- Keep the machines - and yourself - in spec.
- Move fast when it counts. Slow when it matters.
