Those without are still encouraged to apply, though pay will enter this range when clinical skills are deserving. Those without orthodontic experience will start as a sterilization/records technician as they're being trained to be an orthodontic assistant. $1,000 hiring bonus. $500 paid after successful completion of 90 probationary period, $500 paid at 6 month anniversary.
