What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU environment
• Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU (1,4001,500 annual admissions)
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nurses
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions to fragile newborns
• Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing care management
• Participate in clinical decision-making and patient stabilization efforts
• Engage in a supportive environment with strong hospital and community ties

What You Need:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification preferred; newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
• Prior NICU experience preferred but not required
