Trust and Estate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join its estate planning and litigation department in Temecula, California. Duties Interface with clients and collaborate with the legal team to manage cases from start to finish. Provide expert advice on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies. Review and customize legal documents related to trusts and estates. Oversee trust administration, including asset distribution and dispute resolution. Represent clients in California probate and trust litigation matters. Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California. Minimum of 3 years' experience in California probate courts. Experience with Wealth Counsel preferred. Experience preparing estate tax returns is a plus. Education Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the State Bar of California. Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Outstanding interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships. Honest, confident, and independent self-starter.
