Text "READY" to 81555 to download JobStack and get started today **Pay Rate:** _The pay rate for this job is $15 - $17 / hour*_ **What you'll be doing as a Picker/ Packer:** + Pick products and materials from designated warehouse locations based on customer orders + Pack items accurately and securely for shipment or distribution + Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details before packing + Label packages and prepare completed orders for shipping + Use handheld scanners, RF devices, or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders + Load and unload boxes, cartons, and merchandise as needed + Sort, stage, and organize products in assigned warehouse areas + Replenish picking locations and assist with inventory counts + Inspect products for damage, defects, or incorrect items + Maintain accurate production and order documentation + Meet established picking, packing, accuracy, and productivity standards + Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper material-handling practices + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Work independently and with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines + Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift; typically lift **up to 50 lbs.** depending on the facility **Available shifts:** Shift Timings: All Available **Job requirements:** + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment + Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift + Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods + Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment + Strong attention to detail to ensure order and quantity accuracy + Ability to follow pick lists, packing instructions, and safety procedures + Basic math and counting skills + Ability to use handheld scanners, RF devices, or warehouse inventory systems + Reliable attendance and ability to report to scheduled shifts on time + Ability to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards + Comfortable working independently and as part of a team + Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or picker/packer experience preferred but not always required **Ready to take control of the way you work?** Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today. **_If you would like to apply in person please stop by the branch at the address below between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.!_** *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
