mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate
to join its
Los Angeles, CA
office.
This role offers direct access to sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for major institutional investors across multiple asset classes with meaningful front line responsibility. You will work closely with senior partners in a collaborative environment that provides clear progression, cross office deal exposure, and long term career development on a truly international platform.

The Role
Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across office, retail, logistics, hospitality, data centers, and other asset classes
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreementsLead and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews
Advise on development projects from entitlement through completion in coordination with specialist teams
Partner with colleagues across tax, construction, and planning to support clients on ongoing operational real estate matters
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a
mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate
with:
4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience at a recognized law firm
Background in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across multiple commercial real estate asset classes
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale, loan, leasing, and joint venture documents
Proven experience managing due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews
Admission to the California bar and ability to work in office in Los Angeles 5 days per week
