REPORTS TO : Principal and/or his/her designee JOB GOAL : Shall uphold the objectives of the Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) Program at West Feliciana High School. OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES To carry out all duties and responsibilities as applicable regarding teachers= duties and performance responsibilities (see Job Description - Teacher). Develop informed and responsible citizens. Promote habits of orderliness and precision. Develop a high degree of personal honor, self-reliance, individual discipline, and leadership. Promote and understanding of the basic elements and need for national security. Develop respect for and an understanding of the need for authority in a democratic society. Promote community service.
