The Technical Project Manager leads complex, engineering‑driven IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, networking, applications, and data platforms.

Job Summary
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation and closure.
- Lead infrastructure, cloud migration, application modernization, and system integration projects.
- Coordinate engineering, security, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL best practices.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Support deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-implementation reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 11+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, enterprise applications, and data platform projects.
- Experience leading migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
- AWS knowledge and Azure experience are a plus.
- PMP
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe ScrumMaster
- ITIL Foundation
- AWS or Azure Certifications
