Machine Operator
RDL Machine Inc.
Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines to produce precision metal parts and components according to specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders Monitor machining operations and adjust settings as necessary Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow safety protocols and company procedures Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance if needed Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Familiarity with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas) is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Willingness to work and pride in your work #J-18808-Ljbffr RDL Machine Inc.
