Description

American Traveler is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist for a clinic setting treating a diverse caseload of orthopedic and neurological conditions across all age groups.

Details

• Outpatient clinic serving pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Caseload of 55+ patients per week with 60-minute evaluation slots
• Treats a wide range of diagnoses including orthopedic conditions (ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, joint replacements), neurological conditions (CVA, MS, Parkinson's, TBI), and other conditions like vertigo and TMJ dysfunction
• Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Schedule includes at least two 10:00 AM-7:00 PM shifts, a Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM shift, with remaining days flexible between those hours
• Schedule structure options include 5x8s or 4x10s
• Uses NextGen for documentation
• No anticipated floating requirements
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Outpatient PT experience required
• 1+ year of experience preferred, though new graduates will be considered
• License required if applicable

• Supported by a Patient Experience Coordinator, three aides, and two experienced PTAs
• Clinicians supported by generative AI documentation scribe technology for real-time compliant clinical documentation
• Position open due to a PT relocating out of state
