With every interaction, you build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty. Key Responsibilities Blend selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. Understand each customer's needs and offer personalized recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space. Engage customers on the floor, building relationships that bring them back. Meet daily sales goal challenges and share loyalty program benefits. Support inventory management by recovering floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and moving merchandise as needed. Finish strong by ensuring customers have everything they need, ending with a sincere thank‑you and name usage. Essential Physical Requirements Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level. Requires good vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions. Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues. Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and adapt to changing priorities. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently as needed. Comfortable handling electronic devices. At least one year of selling or customer service experience preferred.
