Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the frameworks that ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and AI processes with business objectivesEstablish and maintain data management standards, policies, and proceduresMonitor compliance with data governance policies and recommend improvements as neededServe as a key point of contact for customer relationship management initiatives related to dataIdentify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutionsSupport the adoption of best practices in data governance and management throughout the organizationProvide guidance and training to stakeholders on data governance principles and processesQualifications3 years of experience assisting with implementation of policiesExperience with federal data management policies and proceduresNice to HaveExperience working within a federal cloud environmentExperience with AI development and implementationClearanceAn active TS/SCI is requiredThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $109,700 - $142,300 USD
