• End Date/Duration: Permanent
• Shift: 3-4 clinic days per week, 1 in 4 call rotation, access to OR for surgeries
• Hours/week: Approximately 36-40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, at-will
• Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Vermont, Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Experience: Preference for experienced providers, but all qualified candidates considered

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: The pay rate appears to be illustrative; the compensation details are primarily salary-based and discussed upon application)
• Salary Range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to diverse patient populations
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
• Manage pregnancies, including uncomplicated deliveries, in collaboration with midwives
• Cover postpartum and prenatal care, including support for VBACs, water birth, and epidurals
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse midwives, nurses, and medical assistants
• Engage in evidence-based practice within a community that values reproductive rights and autonomy
• Contribute to a stable, low-turnover practice environment

What You Need

• Medical license in Vermont
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Prior experience preferred, but candidates with strong training are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
