Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care by observing and monitoring the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of patients.
• Perform SCRUB duties in addition to circulating in both ASC outpatient clinic and Main OR as required.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members and advocate for patient needs.
• Maintain compliance with facility infection control policies and procedures.
• Utilize Epic charting systems to document patient care accurately.
• Participate in unit or facility meetings and shared governance activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of acute care experience required, including scrubbing and circulating in the OR.
• Certification in ACLS and BCLS mandatory.
• Experience with robotic surgeries, including gynecologic and urologic procedures, preferred.
• Proficiency in Epic charting systems is required.
• Ability to float to Main OR as necessary.
