Associate Attorney

Who we are: California Consumer Attorneys, P.C. is a growing consumer protection law firm located in Westwood, California. CCA was started by two of California's most experienced lemon law trial attorneys to provide superlative legal services to consumers throughout the state. We have an excellent team of about 6-attorneys, 14 other professionals, and 3 dogs that work together in a cooperative and engaging work atmosphere.

What we offer: If you join our team, you will be responsible for managing your own litigation files and receive dynamic experience in taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and preparing for and attending trials. All of our attorneys regularly prepare for and conduct jury trials. In fact, our junior associates have second-chaired more trials than senior partners at many other law firms.

What we are looking for: This position is for a junior attorney that wants to learn litigation and trials from the inside out. We are litigators and regularly take cases to trial. We're looking for attorneys that are sharp, responsible, a team-player, hard working, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

Requirements:

• Preferred - fluent in Spanish (reading and writing)
• Must reside in Los Angeles County and be willing to work at the office in Westwood (nearl UCLA).
• Must be an active member of the State Bar of California
• Must have obtained a Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited university
