Senior Pricing Analyst

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri, United States Reporting to the Senior Manager Pricing Foodservice, the Senior Pricing Analyst is an essential member of Bunge Loders Croklaan (BLC) North America Pricing Team. The role serves as a liaison to Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Trade, working to identify opportunities to optimize business performance and profitability. The Analyst collaborates closely with the Senior Pricing Manager Foodservice to drive profitability and process improvement initiatives, including segmentation analysis and market intelligence projects. Essential Job Functions Lead modelling, analytics, and pricing strategy calls for the Foodservice pricing team with support from the Senior Pricing Manager. Own the RFX process and coordinate with Sales, PLM, and other functions. Publish monthly KPIs, insights, and recommendations for changes to price lists, pricing models, and margins. Track, analyze, and report market intelligence data to ensure margin expectations remain competitive. Generate a framework to identify pricing improvement opportunities and support implementation of initiatives within the organization. Act as business owner of Customer Position reporting, including Financial Risk Management and Booked contracts. Partner with accounting and other functions to ensure timeliness and accuracy in standard costs. Monitor compliance reporting for all pricing team functions, including SOX reporting. Represent the Foodservice team on special project assignments, such as SAP and training. Support systems used by the pricing and contracting team, suggesting enhancements as needed (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Pricing Engine). Skills / Experience / Competencies Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Mathematics. 5+ years of related experience. Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Results‑oriented and self‑driven. Leadership skills, including influencing and collaborating in group settings. Strong analytical skills and proven data‑management experience (3+ years). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge Pricing strategy and pricing frameworks. S&OP / Demand Planning. Agribusiness pricing, including understanding of commodity market fundamentals. Product / Portfolio Management. Key Account Management. Business & Financial Modeling. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau or other BI tools is preferred. Schedule Standard office hours. Minimal travel required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bunge
