What You'll Do As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key partner to the Center Director and a visible leader on the donor floor, taking ownership of key parts of daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming experience. You will be a key part of the culture - jumping in wherever necessary and creating a positive environment for the team and our donors.
