What You Will Need Required Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Masters or Doctorate degree. One year of experience providing physical therapy in a healthcare setting. Current Michigan licensure for Physical Therapy. Valid Michigan driver's license and dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with physicians to deliver care after injury, surgery, or throughout chronic illness management. EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters or Doctorate degree required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

One year experience providing physical therapy in healthcare setting required. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred. Experience in homecare preferred.

LICENSE REQUIRED:
